It is not easy, that is one of the reasons I've created this thread.I've listed here allmoust every guro game created so far and I'm allways searching.Most of the links are to the dl site where you can find demos and descriptions.I've also posted some dl links and tools to make some of them work and for translation.
The largest torrent site to dl these games is sukebei.nyaa.si. As it is a niche a proper guide will have to fill pages, searching the japanese web in particular, but this thread provides you with everything you need to get started!
