Finally managed to retrieve a really ancient little minigame I remember playing a long time ago.

It's the second game on the page but it requires some tinkering to run. It needs to be run through emulation such as DOSBox under Windows 3.11 or Windows 95. It's also easily moddable if you install the Klik & Play, which was the program used to create in the first place. WARNING: EXTREMELY LOUD SOUNDS.
