So, what I can think of as far as flash guro goes :

First, there's Smithy (also called SmithySunset), who made a bunch of guro flash, but he deleted a while back and wayback's missing most of his stuff.

There's a bit on swfchan though, and you might be able to download some of it from wayback still (also, a fair few here dislike his stuff.)

Second, there's Flashpoint - once you've enabled the "show extreme content" option, all you need to do is browse the gore or "legacy extreme" and download stuff you want.

Beyond that, there's a few more things I can think of like Ministry of population control (http://swfchan.com/47/232840/?Ministry+of+Population+Control.swf)

There's bound to be more, but off the top of my head.
