There's some wacky shit you can do with some third-party programs, but no direct game patch (except for the very early tech demo one).
One thing I do know is that the game text is taken from a normal text file buried somewhere in the data, so if you don't have Japanese encoding activated then it goes from moonrunes to wingdings. If you had the right know-how related to the program he used to make it, I bet you could make a patch… but I am not that person.
