I don't know that it qualifies as witch burning. That has got to be Saber. This looks like Saber as "king", defeated and exposed naked on the cross before her subjects. Burning her alive at the stake emphasizes the total defeat of her kingdom. Letting her hair down and exposing her nude body before the execution shows that their "king" was really a woman; the people were deceived by a female masquerading as a knight.
