I've got some ideas. And I am going to implement it, after I buy a powerful personal laptop (I have a monster laptop from my employer, but I can't use it for personal projects).

It will be like a funeral home sandbox / simulator. You receive a girl's body and try to make her up for viewing.
Milestone 1: one girl, one coffin, one dress. No autopsy, no embalming, girl is permanently fresh (Like, you prepare the Snow White, lol). Just a working app with posing, dressing, applying some makeup.
Milestone 2: Add some real-life fuckup simulation (like, you forgot to do something mandatory and girl leaked or bloated or had her dress spoiled. Also, some religion- or tradition-specific staff goes here. Like, if girl died a virgin she must be buried in wedding dress, or if girl is Muslim she can't have makeup or fake nails, etc.
Milestone 3: probably, grave design. Even a whole private cemetery. The most important thing - I see it as two separate games/apps. Like, you prepare a girl in a funeral home, save the result and then you may pick her up and bury using a cemetery simulator.
I am going to start with funeral home simulator and publish code and interfaces under GPL. Someone else may implement cemetery part.
Even more - if someone wants to implement a game about tomb robbery, they may use saves from funeral home / cemetery game, lol. I think, this is the right architectural approach.
