Justified? Not really if she is alone, she could just let her go, furthermore considering the fact she stabbed her in the gut while saying "sorry i do not take prisoners" and let her bleed out instead of just shooting her in the head just goes to show she doesnt care about the rules of war, would have done the same whether she was alone or not and overall just acted out of pure cruelty. I really doubt anyone prosecuting her would call that "justified"
