Use the script Wordwrapper, by Killozapit. Also, if you look at the text box, you'll note that there are two arrows above it. Those are margins. The first arrow is for if you're using a facechip. The second arrow is for without the facechip. Don't type past those arrows, and you won't leave the box. Of course, if you use a script to change the size of your window, such as Yanfly Ace Engine Core, you'll no longer be able to rely on those margin arrows.
