Finally I found someone with the same thought, after finding so many limited guro games Im still surprised no one made a ryona sandbox that combines both sex options and guro content with total freedom and probably even custom models. So I thought of actual sandbox games that allow for modding.

I think I saw The Sims in EroLabs but I read somewhere is pretty hard to mod or just not popular enought.

Im still surprised nobody modded Yandere Simulator or made their own game that allows you to go violent on the girls and rape them as a male or female MC, really surprised.

I found Koikatsu and Koikatsu Sunshine can be used to produce your own animated scenes with custom models and that it has guro modding, I think some user did it in tis same thread but its a complex engine not gonna lie.

So I thought maybe Gmod got some modding that allows to have brainless pleasure on custom models and also kill and rape and torture them in whatever order but Im not so sure how much modded content that allows this exists. I hope Dream Select Studio releases just like something as I describe.
