Necro is apparently banned from dlsite but they allow normal kills, dememberment etc This is another japanese oddity like genital censoring. However other japanese sites like dmm and fanza seem to allow necro even steam, I'm not sure.
Creators recently mask necro in unconscious and maybe kill the victim after rape.
