If you get the error "The code execution cannot proceed because dx3dx9_43.dll was not found", do the following:
Go to this link https://www.dll-files.com/d3dx9_43.dll.html and download the d3dx9_43.dll file needed for your computer. after downloading the files extract it and copy the d3dx9_43.dll file, and go to your Local Disk (C:) click Windows afterwards and to Windows find System32. After you find System32 double click it, and paste the file and that should be the solution you need.
If the game runs fine skip this step and refer to the next post with the installation instructions.
