These girls are sleeping - not dead. The shark nearby is perilous, but these girls are not dead yet. The girl in the gold bikini has her shoulder flexed in a way that is inconsistent with death. Similarly, the torso and arm of the blue haired girl would require some amount of muscle flexing, which is inconsistent with death. The girl in the polka dot bikini's belly appears raised as if inhaling or exhaling from her diaphragm - also inconsistent with being dead.
This FRAUD, and just because you posted this 6 years ago, neither forgives nor excuses it.
