The download link on the pixiv is to a multi-part zip file. Download all the zips (individually, when I tried all together, download timed out), then use 7zip or something similar to select all the zips together, and click to extract, putting in "xmoon" as the password, as stated in the pixiv description.

The game is all in Chinese, but if you click the second menu option, then the top option, you can replay all the ending scenes.
