Not guro, but can adjust settings for necro. Haven't seen any standalone VR games with necro so I figured out how to do it with this one. Desperate times, desperate measures.

Only for Oculus, I use a Quest 2 but it should work on others.

Unzip and then sideload onto the headset with Sidequest or any other sideloading program (I think Rookie works too).

There are no pre-loaded models as far as I can remember, but you just load in VRoid ones, I got mine from VRoid hub, not sure if there's other websites.

For necro, there is an asleep animation where they are completely rag-dolled and limp. You can also set expressions (e.g. closed or half-closed eyes). The issue I encountered with this was that they would continue to moan even when asleep, you can fix this by opening the face expression menu, it'll make them go silent, but you have to keep it open.
