Just tried Dysthanasia

It had great death scenes, both pure guro and some sexual guro.

Spoilers below of monsters and their attacks.

So far I've found:

First monster (With blade hand)
Attack 1 (Slice): Slit throat
Attack 2 (???): ????

Dog Wire Monster (After discovering key)
Attack 1 (Bite): Barbed wire between legs, suffering, then explode wires out of mouth. (Best one imo)
Attack 2 (Lunge): Barbed wires wrap around head and crush it.

Chaser Small Monsters (Requires all 3 to attach)
Attack 1 (3 Attached): Drag to ground, bash in her head with a large rock, start eating.
Attack 2 (????): ????

LARGE sword monster
Attack 1 (Sword strike): She stops stunned, all clothes fall off leaving her naked, splits in two from head to groin and falls apart.
Attack 2 (Grab): Grabs her by neck, she struggles as she is lifted off the ground, grabs her head and twists her head 180 degrees, her body urinates as she's held in mid air.
