Dismantling Workshop of Bio-Girl looked great for this, the problem is that its very barebones and gets old very fast. The Sexy Doll I Found is probably the best necro game out there but is very short.

We Necro enjoyers really need some sandbox with that option, maybe some day someone will release a mod for Dream Select Studio.
