I think you'll like 'The Dead End - The Maidens and the Cursed Labyrinth'. Although it's an RPGMaker game, it's really good imo.
As to why you may like it, the goal of the game is to rescue a princess stuck in a dungeon. Along the way, you can rescue other people but if you take your sweet time, the only thing you'll be rescuing are corpses (which you can bring back to your base to use)
