I gave up on the bombing-chainsaw-guy boss fight several months ago but: the gate only opens on weekends and holidays IIRC so you have to flip the switches that have Saturday/Sunday in them. The machine translation mangled this. Sunday is "Sun" (as in the sky), Saturday is earth like dirt or soil; can't remember if the translation preserved that.
