Ok update, since japanese text is very hard to decode(aka. translate) the artist I've linked is Kiyomi Fujita a good friend of AHdualism who had guest CGs made by him on his old site and the story was about AHdualism not him. He also had a site called Kiyomi's Nightmare Room.
Also, never use google for japanese translations xd
