Oh man, Agony really is as the name describes. I tried it for a while and kept pushing, hoping to see some hot stuff but it's honestly fairly vanilla.

Like yeah, you kick pregnant women and kill babies and whatnot, but nothing is erotic about it. You kick pregnant women like once to kill the baby (it's a demon baby that will alert enemies when born), and... that's it, a 0.5 second animation with no real payoff.

The enemies are hot as fuck, but frankly too annoying to actually jerk off with. Just find porn that uses their models, it's plenty.

The puzzles also just genuinely sucked and were boring as hell, so all in all it's a game not worth playing, for the guro or otherwise.

Two games i might suggest are Blade And Sorcery (of course), it has great weapon physics and can be modded for extra brutality and weapons. No (working) nsfw mods afaik.

And Nightclub simulator. This one has great combat and ragdoll physics, as well as women you can grope, beat and kill. This includes scantily clad strippers. It's also got mods that can add more female models and weapons, even some torture devices though i haven't tested those for quality. Sadly though, no nsfw mods again afaik.

There's also head hunter VR but i know next to nothing about it, and Super Villain Simulator VR (or something). It was decent, but painfully vanilla. You can torture and kill women, but it's all very PG despite that and i couldn't actually find a way to rape their corpses or inflict actual wounds on them. When they die they just kinda ragdoll and that's it.
