Both have single player adventure mode and you can get stabbed, crushed, eaten, beaten to death and nostly every fetish you can think of. They also have surprisingly nice puzzles for eroguro games. This dev was really dedicated. Only Boobs Saga have multiplayer but it requires Steam, this is a ripped/cracked version so its for your personal use only.
