E.E.R.I.E 2 - tactical FPS game set in a modern spin of a Touhou Project universe, with lots of weapon and clothing customization options.

Not really a guro nor a porn game, but the dev added a few new features regarding gore recently. Enemies pee themselves after death, their heads can explode, etc. Overall this can be a very fun ryona experience, and multiplayer PVE and PVP modes are suprisingly fun too, I play it regularly.
