While researching for a story for /lit/ I just learned about jigai, the female equivalent to sepukku (done by the wives of samurai for the same reasons or to avoid capture/rape when a military defeat was imminent), which has the woman slit her own throat in a ritualized fashion. Would anyone have any pics of that kind?
