Maybe its a weird thing to ask but are there games that allow you, or feature any scene where a girl with severe brain damage (preferably caused) gets abused?

Like the closest I can think is Saya no Uta where one girl gets basically lobotomized and raped, something like that.

Its almost like necro but easier to find.
