I've asked myself the same question and spoke to everyone I knew about it. Someone even claimed he asked the developer a few years after release, who indeed had the uncensored versions but destroyed them after he stopped making guro. So, if someone doesn't create a remake/remastered version, this is all there is. You might want to check Splatter Beach first, I've uploaded a version with the full gallery unlocked.
