That was a 3D collaboration with Heek.

The game itself as per their fanclub has been suspended indefinitely due to the main artist having to deal with family issues and is currently unavailable to continue producing art.

However, due to the sales of the CG collection, they can continue productions on "something" and they have a lot of of unreleased original artwork.

There is ofc the hard way to do this that is to use the tools that most translators use that is RPG maker Decrypter and to break down the CGs and translate it page by page, but is a pain and you have a lot of work to do to obtain the results you need!

You can also use the program called ntleas to run japanese games on non-japanese enviroments, but it does not work for all and in most cases it really slows down the game!

Allright then I'll tell you what I've discovered!
There are diferent situations where guro scenes happen!
1st in the shooter gameplay, the girls get jumped by monsters who rape, dismember, swallow, crush them etc, you like a good hero can shoot the monster attacking them or watch them get crushed, usualy naked and and squirming.
Second are minigames, that's kind of like a Saw minigame where you have to rescue them by pushing levers and stuff, sometimes you can't;)
Third are story bad ends.
Forth are story related guro scenes who are not bad ends but you can't do nothing to prevent them just watch.

What you can see is that I added some characters, a few tools and a map, and every asset has 4 times higher resolution than the original ones.

For a more technical standpoint, I also:
*Added a FK system to the body parts, previously you had to place individual body parts by their absolute coordinates and let the physics engine pull everything together, now you can pose characters like you would do in any 3d poser.
*Added scripts which generate eyes and brows for all emotions from a given shape and color.
*Added new mod types: collections (which are just a way to store shared assets) and maps, also had to rewrite a large chunk of tool code to support multiple characters

*Reworked UI, which now renders to divs instead of canvas, giving much more flexibility.

No, there is no official guide, there are some pieces of info on some forums but the only way to beat this game is with trial and error.
However here are some tips:
First start with videochat rooms and build a reception lobby for clients.Upgrade reception for a fast placement of customers.
Build "ergonomicaly", your brothel will become really huge in the mid-game and hard to manage.
Make sure you have at least four morgue rooms for harveting corpses.Corpses are very important, you can throw them in the meat grinder to obtain valuable food to sell to cannibals or feed your girls, you can use them in later games for clients with a taste for necrophilia or use them to produce zombies(warning! a zombie girl will start attacking people at random, lower your status and atrract the cops, more on the cops later)
The rooms have multiple tier, once you upgrade a room the action can become more kinky or violent.In the end you can obtain rooms similar to those in the Hostel movies!
Once a girl becomes pregnant, she produces a higher income, she can be milked or taken to a birth room.In the upgraded birth room you can have birthing shows.Once she gives birth she can produce a healthy loli that will unlock the underground rooms.
These rooms must be build literarly underground because the cops will give you hell if they find them(well they give you hell anyway:P).
Once you place a loli into an underground room she will start to gain xp but she is very fragile.Make sure to have enugh entertaiment medical and rest rooms for your lolis, preferably upgraded or else they will die fast.Make sure to keep the dead lolis for later use! Once the underground rooms are upgraded violent customers will arrive and will start beating your lolis to death.
The cops will arrive on ocasion, make sure they are places fast in the best rooms available.Warning the cops will also kill your ladies!
After you have a functioning brothel make sure you have upgraded training/brainwashing rooms, once you broken a prostitute more rooms and options will be unlocked.
And this is just scratching the surface, this game will have you playing for hours, but I hope I've helped you a bit to get started!
