    I agree with Aoi on this one. This thread was here first.

    You can't really say that there is a need to separate captions from edits because the other thread is also full of captions.

    Some of them belong to Aoi, some of them don't. However none of them were posted by him. So clearly the people in the other thread consider captions to be alterations because they are posting the same thing over there.

    Only one guy in the other thread has claimed to create anything so really, the primary difference between this thread and the other one, is that this thread is where the creators are hanging out and making new content, and the other thread is where people are posting edits they found, mostly to recover content from the previous Gurochan.

    Both have good content, but if we going to merge them I don't see why we would remove Aoi's original post. He never said this thread was for his work and even encouraged others contribute in that post, and they have.

    I added some new content to my folder to show that last post really was from me. I didn't make it for that reason, but I happened to have it finished.

    I found some new free software for motion tracking I can use to paint things like wounds onto characters. It works much better than going frame by frame like I did in the Tracer/Emily edit. However it's still pretty potato sometimes and even with all the fancy tech you can still see it wobble and move a bit.

    Never done an edit with a younger looking character before. Can't say I like it a lot, but the expressiveness of the source material was just too easy to edit on top of. Unfortunately I didn't have a lot of good audio to choose from, so if anyone wants to try to make it better, go for it. The original had no audio at all.

    I might try to add a blood splash behind her head at some point, but the new software doesn't play nice with gifs, which is what most of my blood effects are. So I'll probably have to do frame by frame again to add it.

    "Gurochan alt" (the style used on archive.guro.wtf) is now the main style. Below it is a new style called gurochan dark, below that is the "gurochan.ga" style gurochan theme.
