does anyone know of any good games where you play as or manage a goblin or goblins and enslave women? i know there are a few that mainly focus on breeding and sometimes milking but i want full goblin slayer depravity including guro. i want to be able to use them for food as well. i think its goblin burrow that lightly touches on it but is there anything else?

If you want one with more than what goblin burrow has, you can try elf ravager. You play as a demon, not goblin, but you can basically do whatever you want with the ones you capture, including all kinds of guro.

There was also a management-ish game, though its more like you just build the rooms/spaces and everything else just happens automatically and you can watch. But I cant remember the name. That one has goblins. Will let you know if I do. Elf Ravager can be found on F95

I played SiNiSistar2 v1.3.1 (2026) on hard and then SiNiSistar v3.0.0 (2021) on normal. Both games were uncensored. The sequel is actually a remake of the original game. The first game is a 2D platformer, while the second game is a 2D platformer with metroidvania elements. IMHO, the first game is fine, but can be skipped by a player in favor of the superior sequel.
The strongest advantages of SiNiSistar2 are its artwork, voice acting, and music. Pervert / guro subject is covered very well. I permanently experienced some strange movements in my groin during the game.
There is no platforming challenges, like some tricky jumps / movements, except those in combats.
The combat system requires studying of enemy patterns and trying different strategies to defeat them. Controlling the main character, you experience deliberate delays, knockbacks, and the absence of immortality windows after being hit, which sometimes leads to a series of hits and knockbacks causing game over. Random significantly affects boss fights. These are the reasons why I did not like the combat system, but it has its own rules and somehow works, making this game a game, not just a bunch of pervert hentai fantasies. Probably, a soulslike system with rolling and blocking, like in Blasphemous, would be better in my taste.
There are different events in the game triggering other events, like pregnancy mechanics, which make the game deeper without overcomplication. It is not too hard to open all game content without Internet tips.
Despite its drawbacks, SiNiSistar2 is a masterpiece in my opinion. I found some beauty in pregnant women's bodies.

Thanks for the detailed list of recommendations. I’ve tried most of them. Villain Simulator was my favorite—the production quality was really solid. I haven’t tried Missing Family yet because I’m hesitant to buy the paid version of Virt-A-Mate, but the demo scenes I saw were pretty close to what I’m looking for. Personally, I’m after a simulator where you can freely handle corpses (ideally anime-style), but those seem hard to find. I’ll keep digging around in Virt-A-Mate.

His main projects are two vore games and a TF game, but there's also a game where you have to play eight levels of minesweeper in a row... with eight different girls acting as the sweepers, and quicksand as an alternative hazard. Give it a shot if you like peril.
Protip 1: Quicksand is more dangerous than land since you don't get told how many danger tiles are nearby, just that there's at least one, and quicksand can eat any number of girls while mines can only explode once, but I've never seen a quicksand hazard tile be adjacent to a land tile.
Protip 2: The actual difficulty is entirely down to the fact that the game doesn't give you a way to mark hazard spaces, which is trivial to work around. The game can put you into situations where you have to guess where the hazards are but this is rare enough that I only lost two girls to it on my first successful run (let's not talk about the girls lost to hazards where I didn't have to guess where they were).
Protip 3: If a girl steps on a mine, all girls adjacent to the mine have their clothes blown off.

Are there any guro mods for Degrees of Lewdity? It seems like the type of game that should have at least a few options for it given that your character getting assaulted and raped is a core part of the gameplay.

I tried it for a bit but refunded in the end as you can kill and dismember people but the game is extremely janky with the animations being very stiff.

You can create other characters in your group but there is no autonomy, they just stand in place until you switch to them.

The gore itself, that I saw, is either shoot them to death and dismember, stab them and dismember and choke them out and dismember. and the dismembering is just the corpse exploding into different pieces you can put in the fridge for cannibal characters (I'm assuming).

Lots of weird bugs and actually interacting with stuff is hit or miss because the interact spot is tiny but the characters are tank controls.

As it is currently, not really that worth it and it released as a full release, not early access so there's no guarantee the dev will work on it anymore byond maybe some bug fixes.
