    Looks like it’s fanart/commissions
    >>

    >>75796
Instead of being happy you got SOMETHING from Angels Corps you bitch coz its not Beaver? Go fuck yourself. I got a piece from him i commissioned recently but fuck this. Not posting it now.
    >>
Next thing we'll find shit, gay and furry pics in here…. -..-
    >>
    >>75799
Well, considering the thread is about Beaver/Scribblekid's art in specific, and not Angel Corps in general, I can see why someone would think it's not the right thread.
    >>
I didn't exactly anticipate this sort of reaction after noticing several other shitty fan art depictions prior to my posts. I'm just tootin my own horn here, but those were pretty boss if I do say so myself.

Anyways, much like the previous poster >>75799.

Yall ain't ready for Angel Corps Salsa's. Have fun reminiscing on what was instead of reimagining it or reviving it. I had another half dozen or so featuring several other angels.

Love peace and chicken grease, yall! ( ̄▽ ̄)ゞ
    >>
I like all the stuff. Sorry gurochan seems to be pickier than it used to be.

Would definitely appreciate new Beaver stuff but it’s okay if you want to hold it for yourself.

Hey guys,I'm making and actual game based on the Angel Corps, and even got Dave's "blessings"
    https://jim-james.itch.io/us-angel-corps-the-game
    Open build coming up soon
    >>
    >>110680
this needs a shader on the character models badly.
    >>
    >>111203
What do you mean? The models have shader...
I'm using VRM real toon shading
    >>
    >>110680
That's fantastic news. What features are you planning for the game?
    >>
    >>111226
The plan is to have everything we see in the comics to be in the game in some way
    >>
    >>111204
The shader looks like shit because it doesn't render any lines. The models look like formless blobs. Either you set it up wrong or it's just shit and you should find a better one.
    >>
    >>111204
Sry the idea has potential but what I've seen so far made me wash my eyes! Show us something when you have something to show btw what's this game talk doing on the Beaver thread?
    >>
    >>111252
Well, this is my reaction xD
    https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FvsufUiXgAAcMlQ?format=jpg&name=large
    >>111257
Well, it is related to his work -- an upcoming adaption that will hopefully get to us before AI takes over and wipes us out.
    >>
    >>111255
Lol! Seriously?! VRM is simply the best shader out there for celshading.
This is the best I could do with no money and as one person, I sorry if it doesn't meet your standards, you can just not play it.
"The shader looks like shit because it doesn't render any lines. The models look like formless blobs"
That's have nothing to do with the shaders... I can see you don't have any idea about game development or even about what you saying, but if you think is só shitty, you are more than free to make something better.
    >>
    >>111257
Btw, Beaver himself have approved the models and game's look...
    >>
    >>111265
someone knows if beaver is still active?

Jesus Christ, I find his vanilla work so fucking depressing.

Like, he’s an EXCELLENT artist and he’s doing the SANE, RATIONAL THING by choosing to focus his talents on drawing mainstream soft core erotica for beige-van suburban soccer moms.

And, like, I understand — to the core of my being — that only an absolute IDIOT PSYCHOPATH would choose to waste his time and energy and talent drawing ten thousand pictures of little girls getting raped & tortured to death for me to jerk off to.

But every time I see one of his non-guro pics I’m like ‘shit this could have been so hot :( i hate everything’
    >>
    >>113318
Even worse when he decides to draw some new art of the Angel Corps girls. Like he's acknowledging his guro work, but also at the same time not.
    >>
    >>113318
    >>113325

I know it's not the same, but there's a way for you yourself to make new guro pics that look 100% like Beaver made them. Stable Diffusion + whatever guro-Lora you desire (can be found on /ai) + one of the TehDave - style Loras from civitai (https://civitai.com/models/497156?modelVersionId=552664, https://civitai.com/models/318858?modelVersionId=642597). Or maybe just start a thread on /ai and request someone to do it for you...
    >>
    >>113333
    I dislike AI slop.
    >>
    >>43244
Was that net fatality ever finished?
    >>
    >>122318
Man I wish. But it’s been like seven years and I gotta respect that he seems to have given up guro for good. At least publicly.
    >>
    >>113336

Seconded. Besides, on hit or miss scale. AI arts style missed the target a lot.
    >>
    >>122321
He really shouldn't have given up guro. It was the only thing really differentiating his style. Without the guro as the focus, his art suffers heavily from same-face.

He's gone from a guro artist to a plain r34 artist, and it's done him no favors quality wise.
    >>
    >>122374
Yeah, his artstyle is pleasant enough, but there's already a trillion artists who do his softcore gymbunny 18+ only smut shtick. I'm sure a big reason he still has a sizable audience is because he's been around forever.
    >>
    >>122374
I agree 100% that their 'new' stuff is boring even as a purely nsfw material. Its generic - stories are bland and the characters are all airheads without personalities.
    BUT...
Its as they said themselves - its all about money.
When they were doing Angels Corps they were asking for donations and got like few hundreds $ over the span of the whole comic.
Now they are doing 'normal' stuff and the Patreon itself is bringing them around $1,634/month.
So what incentive do they have for going back to snuff/gore? It will never get them as much money as vanilla stuff. And if they start doing it on the side and their 'fans' find out, they may lose a bunch of subscribers as people LOVE drama over this kind of stuff.
Also they still DO snuff/gore as commissions but keep it private. We can see some 'leaked' here in the past just to get deleted after they found out about it(i assume that).

So yea - i dont see them coming back to this kind of art at any point as long as what they are doing now brings them more money. As bland and boring as it is -it doesn't matter to them as long as people will keep throwing money at it.
    >>
    >>122404
    >i dont see them coming back to this kind of art
maybe this is not such a bad idea after all:
    https://boards.guro.cx/ai/res/9784.html

or, they could even do that themselves, add a little tweak and claim that some AI copycat did it. plausible deniability.
    >>
    >>122404

another animator who'd love to make some cut-in-half ladies for folks (samurai shodown zero is my fav game), but the money just isn't there to justify the social risk. Even without drama, the margins are so thin with rent or whatever.

If the support is ever there, a lot of artists are waiting for the chance I think. But I don't see it happening sadly...
    >>
Do we know the price of their comissions and how to contact them?
