Doktor101, a bit cartoony but very creative. I'm pretty sure he doesn't draw anymore, though.

l3objones had a short career it seems, but I really liked the animated stuff. Focus was usually on eating elf girls, but especially the breasts.

angurokraken likes to draw exploding girls, but often breasts first, or highlighting implants.

Marcus draws crucifixions in Rome, and almost everything is in comic-style, not single images. Quality pics, though I think most of the English is run through a translator.

Nanashi, or 773
Widely circulated on GUROchan over the years, and it's easy to see why. He has a lot of breast removal and destruction, but also likes women being exposed and embarassed that others can see their breasts. Worth checking out if you haven't yet.

I think it just means delicious milk coffee drink or something like that. Anyway, he draws mostly this very light haired girl with huge breasts getting them mutilated or torn off one way or another, and sometimes draws other girls. Honestly not sure where to find him, though.

Hr555 did this fun one but he doesn't do much boob stuff as much as the cannibalism on pixiv, as well as chunlieater for one or two. You can find a bunch of stuff by backtracking things thru searches on pivix as well (check the tags of things and you'll find there's a debreasting/breast torture tag on that site). Also how has no one mentioned boeserwolf as well since their essentially other side of the sea me in terms of art XD. They got stuff on their eka's page.
