Splatter school and splatter beach are good games. As well as Blood rush and battle star fantasia. All have some form of CG's in them too

If you still have the .swf you can just open it in your flash player. Also if you have an older flash player and don't use a shitty browser like Chrome you can still play flashes in your browser. If you have a newer version of the player, uninstall it and install this one

It's guaranteed to work. If it doesn't, you are doing something wrong with changing locale.

Game itself is partially in EN, more than enough translated to understand roughly what and how to do. To translate lines that interest you like speech and such I used Gyazo to screen capture and then Copyfish browser (Firefox in my case) OCR extension for actual translation. It takes time, but I did not found a better way. OCR that tranlates on the fly is apparently a rare thing these days, or I did not lurk enough.

I can only quote official troubleshooting text from the author.

So problem is almost surely in locale, language and timezone. You might be doing it wrong. What really matters is setting up language for programs that do not support unicode for JP. It is hidden somewhat deep in Windows settings these days. Google "how to change language for non-unicode programs in windows 10", it should help you.

I got the same error as yours, the way I fixed it is to run the game straight from winRar itself, I think this is due to my PC not being in Japanese that it changes the file name upon extract and the exes couldn't find the necessary files, get his saves here and drag into your save file generated on the first run to be able to view all the scenes: https://ux.getuploader.com/bloodiba/download/7

Just in case anyone is wondering, if you use winrar to extract, you can use the hotkey CTRL + E in winrar to change the language to japanese. For getting the game to run in japanese, I find that Locale Emulator to be more reliable than switching windows locale. As for translations, someone made a guide that applies for all Sword and Execution(S&E) games:

I had to select Hard difficulty in order to start playing, but someone here posted saves that can be used to bypass it too. There are some parts in S&E3 that can get you stuck, so it is important to make use of the save slots.
