Well, there are a few health things to keep in mind when attempting to eat humans. First of all, stay away from the central nervous system (brain, nerves) as eating them can have rather bad effects on you. Second, while many internal organs can be eaten, make sure they are properly cooked, as many contain various forms of bacteria that may prove harmful to someone not originally their host.
Also, be wary of bloodborn diseases as they can easily transfer via contact with an open wound.
Now, as to practicality. So far as I know, there is no direct law outlawing cannibalisim, however there are several other laws that the act may break depending on how it plays out.
Murder and assault are obvious ones, so your food needs to be alive and willing.
This all said, you should probably leave this to the realm of fantasy, but you might meat that special someone some day.

The legal situation is a little trickier than it might seem. Even if you've got consent, could you actually prove that in a court of law? What about the fact that amputation is a sort of surgery, so effectively someone is practicing medicine without a license? You'll want to plan things out to minimize such risks, which means getting competent professionals involved, and not having them turn you in to the police during that planning stage, which means all the discussions have to be covered by either attourney/client privilege or doctor/patient privilege. Maybe start out by contacting one of those sketchy ambulance-chasing personal injury lawyers who advertise on TV, but don't spill your guts as to what the goal is until you've actually paid them so privilege applies.

Speaking of medical stuff, you'd want to have some significant preparations for aftercare. Some way to stop the bleeding, and some way to prevent the stump from becoming infected. Killing someone is pretty much always a crime, even if it was an accident during consensual activity.

Overall, be prepared to spend a shitload of money on this, even if you find someone eager to get eaten. Make a list of every unsexy way something could go wrong, and then come up with ways to prevent each complication, and ways to mitigate the damage if it occurs anyway, and implement them all. Do your research before committing.

I have a similar fantasy, but the main component is just the act of eating human flesh, regardless of the source. I'd really like to share a meal, maybe a leg, with my victim, but like previous posters said that's pretty impractical.

So last month I removed my hymen. I'm ftm on testosterone supplements so I've had a lot of genital growth; mine was a lot more meat than an average female's. You'd be surprised what kind of equipment you can get off ebay. I used a topical anesthetic and a lot of morphine (careful with this though; if anyone does something like this do a LOT of research first. You're just as likely to die from an overdose as from botched surgery.) I couldn't feel it at all, which made finding the incision to cauterize it pretty hard but I managed it. I used a sterile cautery pen I got off ebay along with sterile forceps, scalpel, etc.

I marinaded it in rose wine and pan-seared it with rosemary. Only enough meat for one mouthful really but it was delicious, kind of like pork but more tender and not as salty. I wouldn't say this exactly satisfied the urge at all; I'm still desperate for more, but I'm glad I did it and now I have a video of the procedure to jerk off to for the rest of my life.

I'd still jump at the chance to eat something with more actual muscle tissue in it, but it's just not practical to amputate anything bigger than MAYBE your cock at home. And that's if you do extensive research, practice suturing, etc.

It can be done under the right conditions. Of course the first major hurdle is finding a willing 'donor' for the meal. But even with a donor something as large as an arm or a leg is pretty impractical. And of course, smaller bits have less meat on them. Planning is not entirely needed if fate and circumstance are in your favor.

A few years ago I was doing some spring repairs in, on, and around my house and my then girlfriend had come over to give me a hand. To be perfectly honest, she's a better handy-man than I am. Hence why she was put in charge of the power tools.

At first when we realized this I was going to go back to retrieve it and bring it to the hospital to be reattached. However she didn't want me to leave the hospital. While she'd been relatively calm and collected at the house - all things considered - she was terrified of hospitals and didn't want to be left alone.

So I couldn't go get the finger and there was no one I could think to call to ask to bring the finger. When asked by the doctors at the hospital we simply told them it had been lost following the accident. It wasn't until we got home the following morning - she'd refused to stay any longer than was absolutely needed - and once again found ourselves dealing with the finger and wondering what to do with it that the notion of cooking/eating it came up.

She'd always had a fetish about being eaten while I had one about doing the eating. And she suggested that this was probably the one and only chance either of us would ever have. Fingers don't have much meat on them. Especially pinky fingers. And I found out I'm a lot more squeamish than I'd originally thought. Had to leave the cooking of the finger up to her as I couldn't manage it.

By the time it was served it no longer looked like a finger. She'd pulled the meat - about a bites worth really - off the bone. So it looked kind of like a little pile of pulled chicken. Can't really say it tasted like chicken since I had a lot of barbeque sauce on it but it was good.

Most bizarre experience either of us has ever had but also the most connecting. Sounds sappy to say it brought us closer together but it did. At least for a while. The relationship issues we'd been having faded for a few months after that though they resurfaced in time and we did eventually break up. We're still in the same social circles and while we don't hang out together we do still occasionally reference it to each other. It's still common ground for us - and still a memory that can make either of us smile.

Kuroni's images seem to be scattered all around. I think gurochan is your best bet though. I think Kuroni has a pixiv gallery but I don't know what it is.

Kuroni does have a Pixiv site but he only has his more recent works displayed there. Most of his "Boxed Girls" artwork was once posted at the Pulptoons site and last I knew, it is still there. Translations can get a bit tricky because sometimes the word translated is similar, but not exactly what was intended. I think the translation "Fatness" refers to "Marbling" and "Meat Color" refers to "Lean Maturity". "Meat Elasticity & Texture" is "Firmness & Texture". "Overall Look and Skin Quality" is a general evaluation that is not used in USDA Meat Grading but is closer to what is used for evaluating a whole carcass such as scar tissue, skin wrinkling and excessive external fat, which can lower the yield.

USDA DEFINITIONS:
Marbling (intramuscular fat) is the intermingling or dispersion of fat within the lean. Graders evaluate the amount and distribution of marbling in the ribeye muscle at the cut surface after the carcass has been ribbed between the 12th and 13th ribs. Degree of marbling is the primary determination of quality grade.

In addition to marbling, there are other ways to evaluate muscle for quality. Firmness of muscle is desirable, as is proper color and texture. I know that in some (possibly most North American) jurisdictions, one cannot legally consent to severe bodily harm (inb4 "extreme sports", that's only the CHANCE of harm), thus finding someone consenting won't be a defence if the police get called.

But if you can find someone who's into the idea, I'd recommend taking very small strips of flesh to start. Like, nothing larger than a quarter. That's the easiest thing to explain away as an "accident", so long as you use sterile equipment it's not likely to cause permanent harm or accidental death, and both of you get a small taste of the reality as opposed to the fantasy. You might find that it's drastically impractical, or you hate the taste, or they can't stand the sight of blood; and even if they change their mind, no harm done, it was a consensual activity that wasn't as enjoyable as planned.
