As the guy who created the idea for Sweetie Belle's Gift (it was a trade), I have some suggestions.

For Scootaloo, one of her feathers could work as a Quill Pen (since Rainbow Dash likes reading) maybe an extra pen for Twilight for helping out. The rest could be the stuffing in a pillow or a jacket.

For her skin a Scootaloo Rug would work, but since he has a crush on Rainbbow Dash, maybe a Scootaloo Body Pillow or stuffed animal would work better. That way Rainbow has something nice to remember her by.

For Scootaloo's Internals, her Ovaries and Womb, maybe make the womb into a hot water bottle to help if Rainbow gets sick or has her period? The ovaries can be dipped in resin as paper weights, contact juggling balls, or earrings. The ovaries can also be dipped in chocolate (maybe while still attached?) as a nice romantic treat.

As for Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon, It might be nice to make clothes out of them, give them to Rarity to play with since they mocked her sister for being a blank flank.
