Well if you don't give a fuck about it being read, better not lose your time at posting it in first place.
But don't it make you happy that Anonymous # 9258 said that your story was good? Don't giving a fuck about what other people will think about your work make free your imagination and is really helpful for any creative activity. In fact I know many people that cannot achieve anything without being in this mindset. But putting it in the title of your work take the place of more useful things, like tags or an actual title and make it unlikely for people like Anonymous # 9258 to be able to discover that you write stories they enjoy.
