My recommendations for that match up are Medaka from Medaka Box and Supergirl. Considering how Tatsumaki is strong enough to defeat most opponents in a matter of seconds, it'd be most interesting to see her go up against someone who isn't as squishy as the average human.

That's my thought process, anyway.
