Wow oh wow. Extreme to the max! I liked a lot of your ideas in this. The sister raping the younger sister with her tongue and fingers to "save" her was absolutely fantastic.

The raping and mutilation of the older sister was likewise very satisfying.

I always feel fire death to be a bit much, as I like death to be more sexual but thats just a personal opinion, not a critique on the piece itself.

Overall I loved how exteme this went. I wish more pieces went this extreme for as long as this did. I look forward to any future stories you write.
