Interesting. Now that you told that it is Lunamaria Her behavior in the "Day at the Museum" looks kinda out of character. (but I don't really know it just judging from her pictures she looks pretty serious there)
When I read your stories, I imagined her more like a Yukino from "treasure hunter Claire" and "president Yukino" game" since you mentioned her big bouncy boobs :)

Considering something with drugs, I am afraid you will not be willing to write someones else story :)

But here is one idea where Luna could also be the main character. (this is also very slightly related to a real-life event.)

Luna gets injured on the battle and is brought to the field hospital to have surgery.
the injury ripped her belly apart and now she has intestines dangling out of the wound.
Nurse makes a mistake and uses laughing gas instead of proper anesthesia so after some time Luna starts laughing about her condition and tries to stand up and walk since she no longer feels any pain and feels fine.
doctor and nurse try to stop her and during the fight, they drop the laughing gas cylinder on the ground, valve breaks and fills all room with the gas.
Now you are free to use your imagination :) they are all crazy now.
Within some time doctor and nurse stop trying to put her back on the table and start laughing at her. Luna kinda gets offended grabs a scalpel and slices doctors belly as well, but everyone continues to laugh. So she pulls out her intestines slices pieces with a scalpel and throws at the doctor and nurse. turning it into something like a pillow fight.
The nurse also wants to join the fun and performs "harakiri". Girls continue to mutilate each other and themselves for some time. Fighting changes from attempts to hit each other to show off a where they enjoy the attention and cut themselves trying to perform some "stunts" like self amputating the breast or nipple or breaking a finger.
In the end, they either die or just collapse and end in the hospital where they have plenty of time to talk about what happened.


Another idea is if some girl takes meth and gets extremely paranoic, she feels as if worms are crawling under her skin and uses a knife to take them out. Maybe that could happen in her genital area, so there will be a good reason for some fisting and pussy mutilation, inventing interesting ways to get rid of those imaginary worms :)

If you like asphyxia, it can be a story where a girl under LSD thinks that because her nose is bleeding she has to tie her neck.
or because she thinks that she is a fish she drowns herself trying to breathe water. She can imagine herself to be anything and face consequences :)
Possibly a girl could get into argument with her boobs and cut them off as punishment.

Just any kind of absurd and crazy things are possible. (In fact, this really happens if people get under LSD. The biggest danger of that drug is not that you get addicted but that you may accidentally kill or injure yourself bt jumping out of the window because you are chased by the dragon and fortunately you just grew a pair of wings and can fly)
