Despite all its nudity, I never found Game of Thrones to be a sexy show, and I was never really attracted to any of the characters. Ygritte and Jon were a cute couple, but that was about it.

The world building has some hot situations though. I think the misadventures of a slavegirl in Qaarth would be good to read. Maybe magic is involved, or permanent bondage, both things we know are in the realm of possibility there because Dany was threatened with them. Maybe someone less fortunate than her finds herself harvested, either her flesh (she is slowly dissected and each valuable part of her is prepared and packaged for sale before her eyes), or her sexual energy (bound on a bed and used to produce aphrodisiacs), or some magical source inside her (chained in the dark and forgotten). She's stolen from her free life and used up somehow, in an afternoon or a few months or a lifetime, one more disposable luxury for Qaarth's elites.
