I want to up the ante though. When she's sure to come back, death isn't that scary anymore. She needs to find situations that genuinely scare her and make her feel helpless. Situations she can't escape from easily, including by killing herself, and that are very unpleasant in an erotic way. The more desperate she is to escape, the more helpless and scared and excited she'll be. Here are some ways Katie can torture herself to death that might renew the excitement death has lost (or will lose) for her.

> Bagging is good, but put holes in the bag so she just baaarely can't breathe enough to live. Hogtie herself on her belly for added excitement, so she can pretend she's been kidnapped and is being murdered.

> Something slowly tightens around her belly (maybe using a gas motor with a really slow, torquey gear transmission) until she shits her intestines out and her organs are crushed. Tied so she can't escape or hasten it along.

> Bind herself to a wood plank on one of those lumber conveyors that leads to a saw, so she helplessly watches herself approach the blade pussy-first and then she's slowly cut in half. A cute gag and nipple clamps heightens the horror.

> Tie herself up naked under a tub of acid with a long timer, so she has to lie there squirming in fearful anticipation for hours, waiting for an acid shower that will slowly, slowly dissolve her to death. Live-streaming it all heightens the horror.

> Scaphism. Fastened atop the upper boat, a big tub of milk mixed with honey, with a tube going down her throat letting out a constant trickle. Suffering in her own diarrhea and piss for weeks, her intestines cramping, as insects eat her alive.

> Hanging from her wrists in the basement with dozens of electrodes on her naked body. Voltage slowly increases so she's electrocuted for hours (or days) in increasing pain, squirming helplessly until she's cooked.

> Tie herself up naked in a barrel with her head sticking out the top. Fill the barrel with wet cement (causing chemical burns). Give her a drinking tube so thirst doesn't end her suffering too soon.
