when I noticed that huge wall of text I thought it is a new story, but it happens to be a huge list of ideas LOL
Those ideas look quite hot so maybe you could also spend some time to turn one or few of them into the full story yourself. You kinda wrote more than enough text to constitute a decent story here ;)


But if we speak about a way to make it more scary and thrilling I think we could turn things upside down.
Because death is no longer scary at all, failing to die may become scarier.

For example, she amputates her limbs somehow or breaks her spine or permanently disables herself in some other way
and stays at home to die by blood loss or other reasons.
but the catch is that someone may come in and save her and if that happens she will no longer be able to kill herself and will have to live forever in that state :)

This is something way scarier than death. Actually, the perspective of being saved is what really scares off people from suicide even in real life ;)
