She's really strong no matter her age, but the younger she is the more impressive is her endurance. If she is in her mid teens still, then she must be a genius. Personally I think precocious little geniuses are cute to torture, so this is fine with me, but young women and grown women are who I usually imagine. I left it unspecified.
