Then Len moved to the USSR. With forged papers he put every effort into making a successful political career until he became the general secretary.
Rin didn’t just live idly either and became the first female president of the USA.
It took all their lives to achieve this. At sixty-four they finally met again, the first time for the twins to meet in half a century, the first time for the leaders of the two superpowers to meet since the cold war escalated into a total isolation.
This meeting was a gesture of good will aiming to plot a course towards the new era of peaceful coexistence and détente. The striking similarity between the two leaders’ was seen a sign of all the people in the world being one big family. Everyone cheered when the twins kindly smiled to each other and shared a deep passionate kiss in the lips.
It was a signal for the snipers. On each side a sniper was commanded to shoot the other’s nation leader in the moment of their kiss. Not knowing of each other’s existence the snipers blew up both twins’ heads in total unison. Another thing they didn’t know were the orders left for the armies back home.
