First of all, great story so far! and secondly If I may drop an idea, I think it would cool if you could write a story along the line of a market, like the ones in London(Food stalls) with a focus of ethnic focus. You can have roasts from Italy, France, China, India etc being cooked according to their specific ethnic food methods. Just throwing ideas out there.
