If girls in that setting are so eager and willing to be killed painfully to provide a taxidermy for a museum, or food for a party, it's not such a stretch to believe they would be willing to be a part of a fashion show, even if just as the clothing (or specially because they would be the clothing, because that's the most important role, after all).
