I've reread the last two chapters a number of times now, and it's still exciting to read. Maybe it's the combination of the very casual, friendly setting and the brutal, grotesque acts being performed on Melody? The way the American guy asks her to open her mouth, and she obeys, losing another essential part of her body… man, that gets to me! (In a very good way)!

May I suggest that one of the spit-sisters get some of the same treatment? Maybe they have to carve off Megan's cute little boobies to keep them from overcooking or something like that, while she's still conscious?
