Afaik, Dolcett is the eponymous (Western) artist who created/popularised (or just did a whole lot of) the genre/style of more-or-less consensual snuff coupled with gynophagia, i.e. eating and preparing women as food, usually with pretty heavy misogynistic overtones. Just search him on exhentai or so for some of his works.
