Inspired by the accompanying picture (which is not mine, source is hxxps://www.deviantart.com/nesoun/art/WOW-Kyranna-and-Lana-thel-167992506), but has nothing to do with WoW since I didn't know that when I started on it; nor would it necessarily have improved the story cause it's just a raid boss with very little characterisation/background given. Also Carmilla's name is not a Castlevania reference, but to the eponymous novella from way back, which first featured the 'lesbian vampire' trope.
