rather that a "Battle Royal"/HUngergames sort of thing why not more like an Ultimate "survivor" type show. they get dropped on the island and the last one standing gets to come home. food and weapons are scarce. and the victi… i mean… the contestants range in age from 10 to 30 of both sexes. the island is semi tropical but isolated by fast currants and sharp and jagged reefs so swimming off is not an option. no mater how long it takes no one gets off the island until only one is left. that should give room to allow almost any kink/perversion/ atrocity you can imagine.
