Yeah, people would never accept that. And unregulated, unapproved murder would be a bad thing under this system, as it means things aren't acting optimally. Plus, you *need* oversight/recordkeeping in the event of a malfunction. I assure, troubleshooting *with* data is hard enough. And frankly, if the system can do all this, wouldn't it make sense that it'd send a report someone's been selected, so all the numerous paperwork that is involved in modern life can be started, bodies cleaned up, relatives alerted etc etc.
