Generally I like young women and girls down to about 12, with a special preference for girls in the early to middle stages of puberty, approximately 12-15.

I don't care much for fan-fiction, but if the guro is hot enough I can enjoy it. Real people is a strict no-go though, that's too creepy.

Could be anyone, but I like to know at least some characteristics about the people involved in the story.

Guro stories are fap material so they should at the very least be highly erotic. I definitely prefer lots of detailed sex, and it's usually very hot if that and the guro happens simultaneously.

Anything goes here, though I really like when authors explore the grey area between con and non-con.

Since you asked for the 2 most important ones there you go, but I like all of the options listed.

Anythings goes, it just has to be written well and have a narrative that makes sense for the story.

Any, as long as it is well written. If it is an alternative universe it has to have at least some degree of logic and coherence, otherwise it distracts me too much.

F. The guro happens to believable characters. Whether the story is about a princess executed in front of a crowd, a pair of cosplayers kidnapped and locked up in a guro dungeon or a group of friends volunteering to be barbequed in the neighborhood restaurant, it all turns me on as long as I can understand the characters and why they act like they do.
